I do not have CorelDraw, but do have Adobe Illustrator. Is there a way to get Stitch Era to import vector designs from an Adobe Illustrator format? In Adobe Illustrator, I can save my vector designs as .ai, .pdf, .eps, .ait, .svg, or .svgz. Which would be preferred? Thanks!

I believe you can save as a WMF file or export to that format, and I believe Stitch Era will import this without requiring CorelDraw to be installed. Other than that, I have not found any option to change which import engine Stitch Era will use to import the vector graphics. That would be a nice option...maybe it should get added to the wish list forum.
